About Daniel Ahlberg
I've been a photographer in Stockholm since 2013, with over 500 sessions behind me, like portraits, corporate events, product photography, and outdoor work shot in early-morning light.
My approach is documentary at heart. I'd rather catch a real laugh than a posed one. For portraits, that means keeping things relaxed and the conversation going. For events, it means staying in the background and letting the day unfold naturally. I work with natural light, natural light with a touch of flash, or pure studio lighting. Whatever fits the session and what you as a client are after.
I shoot portraits, commercial work, and events, and also take on fine art assignments. Whether you're a company that needs professional imagery or a private client looking for something more personal and artistic, I'd love to work with you. I'm based in central Stockholm but travel wherever the work is, both in Sweden and abroad.

Working Process
Here's how it usually goes:
- Free consultation — A quick chat (in person, phone, or video) where we figure out what you're after, pick a location, and plan the details. You'll get an exact quote based on your needs.
- The shoot — Relaxed and natural. For portraits, I'll guide you but won't force anything stiff. For events, I stay in the background and let things unfold.
- Editing — I edit everything for colour, exposure, and composition. Turnaround is 1–4 weeks depending on the project.
- Image selection — You'll get a private online gallery where you can browse and pick your favourites at your own pace.
- Delivery — High-resolution files delivered through the same gallery, ready for print and web.
All prices are excl. VAT. Travel outside Stockholm is billed separately according to the Swedish Tax Agency's standard mileage rate.
